The overall goal of the proposed Preparatory & Secondary Education Program (Cycles 2 & 3 according to the Ministry of Education’s classification) is to prepare highly qualified teachers as professional practitioners who are able to contribute to the development of preparatory and secondary education in particular and education in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) in general.
