Telecommunications engineering deals with large-scale data networks, such as the internet and other devices and systems that represent, store and transmit analogue and digital information. This includes data transmission, equipment, customer access technology, analogue and digital radio and television systems, satellite communications, global navigation, mobile communications and remote sensing/ telemetry systems.
